Executive Team
David Newland, Chairman
David has over 25 years’ experience in senior finance and management roles in a number of leading technology organizations. He was Vodafone Group’s inaugural Group Financial Controller during the flotation, which involved joint listings on both the London Stock Exchange as a FTSE 100 company & NASDAQ, and subsequent demerger from Racal Electronics. More recently he has been working with software and technology companies, helping them develop and grow towards a listing on a public market. David has a degree in Accounting & Finance and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

David Griffiths, CEO & EVP, Client Development
As CEO with 20 years’ experience in growing technology organizations and 10 years working with over 300 Accounts Payable teams, David Griffiths is the driving force behind FISCAL’s commitment to delivering solutions that provide customers with real value and a great ROI. David’s vision and leadership have been key in focussing FISCAL as a leading brand in Accounts Payable. Prior to FISCAL, David was Head of European Marketing for Bottomline Technologies, and Product Marketing Director for European Internet Technologies, a major supplier of e-business solutions. David holds an MBA and Honors Degree in Business & Accounting.

Lesley Reeve, COO
Customer success is at the heart of FISCAL’s growth and Lesley Reeve drives this through providing a first-class customer care, communications and professional services teams. She provides hands-on direction to ensure the company’s operations directly support growing customer needs and is teamed alongside sales to help drive increased year-over-year total contract value by satisfying new customer requirements. Prior to FISCAL, Lesley was Product Director at Cendant TDS and also spent over 10 years in senior product management.

Howard Durdle, CTO
An entrepreneurial CTO with over 10 years’ experience designing and building secure systems in Defense and Finance, Howard provides a strategic technical direction and development to the FISCAL technology platform and solutions. He defines FISCAL's technical infrastructure for internal and external solutions and oversees its information security policies and quality assurance. Having worked closely with the UK Ministry of Defence, his extensive information security knowledge coupled with excellent Microsoft infrastructure best practice experience is second to none.

Richard Francis, CFO
Richard Francis is a highly commercial CFO who believes passionately in supporting the revenue generating activities of the company while ensuring tight financial stewardship. He has held high-profile finance positions throughout his career in industry with his last role as CFO of Day Software, a Swiss listed company. He subsequently supported the acquisition process by Adobe. He is an FCA, obtained a BA 2(i) Honors Degree in Economics from Manchester University and qualified as an ACA Chartered Accountant with Deloitte and Touche in 1996. Richard is an active Business Angel. |
