New Customer Care Programme Part of Customer Success Strategy
FISCAL Technologies rolls out new customer care programme to its 200 worldwide customers

Reston, VA  – 28th February 2011: FISCAL Technologies, provider of world class accounts payable audit software AP Forensics®, launches a new customer care programme to ensure a complete focus on its customer needs and ensure they are successful in creating efficiencies and protecting accounts payable processes.

FISCAL views helping their customers to create best-in-class AP teams as an  integral part of its corporate goals.  As such, the new customer care team have plans to engage in a pre and post sales consultancy in order to gain a more detailed understanding of each customer’s needs. On top of this, FISCAL aims to create a two-way partnership which will include a 3 month check-up, monthly round up, additional training, satisfaction surveys and an online user group forum.
