FISCAL Technologies launches learning management system to support product success

Flexible training improves safeguarding of customer spend

Raleigh, NC — September 5th 2017:  FISCAL Technologies, the world-leading provider of accounts payable forensic software, has launched a new online training platform to empower customers to master their use of FISCAL’s solutions to effectively safeguard spend and improve risk compliance.

The new online resource, named Minerva, is part of FISCAL’s blended learning approach which incorporates online courses, onsite support and on-the-job training. The online curriculum, which is exclusive to FISCAL customers, consists of short, role-based courses or tutorials providing core knowledge of the company’s forensic accounts payable solutions.  The courses will be regularly expanded so that all customer training requirements are addressed, and audited to ensure the content continues to be targeted and relevant.

According to the Compliance and Data Manager at Cornwall County Council, “Minerva appears to be a very useful and comprehensive tool which will enable us to progress with the Master Supplier File data cleanse we are currently undertaking.”
