Healthcheck Overview
If you are not convinced that duplicate payments or suppliers are a real problem, then FISCAL can prove this to you by completing a free of charge health check. This normally costs $995 but is free if you qualify. The main criteria for qualification is that you need to be working in the finance department of a medium to large organization and process over 10,000 invoices per annum.
FISCAL will carry out a partial analysis on your AP data using our world class software Duplicate Payment Finder or Duplicate Supplier Finder.
Our payments or supplier analysis will quickly demonstrate if there are duplicates. It typically takes 3-4 working days to schedule and carry out a check. You will get a 9 page report which will highlight the areas where you are at risk, but also gives you several examples of suspected duplicate payments you have made.
