David Griffiths, CEO & CCO
David is the driving force behind FISCAL’s commitment to delivering solutions that provide customers with real value and a great return on investment. He has 20 years’ experience in growing technology organisations and has spent the last 10 years working with hundreds of Accounts Payable teams to help protect their corporate spend. David’s vision and leadership have been crucial in focusing FISCAL as a leading brand in the purchase-to-pay function. Under his helm, the business has grown 50 fold in revenues across North America and Europe.

Prior to joining FISCAL, David was Head of European Marketing for Bottomline Technologies, and Commercial Director for European Internet Technologies, a supplier of e-business solutions. David holds an MBA and Honours Degree in Business & Accounting.

Dr Alfred Pilgrim, CTO
Alf provides a pivotal role in FISCAL's product and technology development.  He directs and supports the Engineering functions for the group business where his teams are responsible for designing, building and supporting FISCAL's software products as well as the global SaaS and internal infrastructures.

Holding over 30 years' experience in technology and product planning, as well as a solid track record in the successful delivery of R&D operations for a variety of enterprise and venture capital funded organisations.  His former positions include four years as CTO with Nomad Digital - the leading IT technology company specialising in the provision of internet connectivity solutions for the global rail market.  He was also CTO for Clearswift, a mid-market IT security solutions vendor with specific expertise in deep content filtering of email and web traffic, and CTO of Northgate Information Solutions.  Alf holds a BDc (Computer Science) and Phd (Automation) from University of Leeds.

Lesley Reeve, COO & Director of Customer Success
Lesley’s role as FISCAL’s Chief Operating Officer and Director of Customer Success underpins the operational integrity of the business. She has 10 years’ experience at Executive Board level, ensuring the effective execution of FISCAL's strategic and operational objectives. She provides hands-on direction to ensure the company's operations directly suport business growth and and the increase in customer requirements.  At the heart of her role is ensuring customer success by leading FISCAL's first class Customer and Professional Services teams.  Alongside, and integral to overall business success, she spearheads the organisation's award winning People and Culture by delivering strategic direction and support to HR.

Lesley Reeve

Howard Durdle, CISO
Howard is an entrepreneurial technology innovator with 20 years’ experience designing and building secure systems in Defence and Finance. Howard oversees FISCAL's security stance and provides strategic direction and guidance for FISCAL’s security policies and standards globally. 

Howard manages FISCAL's Information Security Management System to ensure it meets strict regulatory and ISO 27001 requirements. Prior to FISCAL, Howard acted as Infrastructure and Information Security Consultant to Microsoft UK and the Ministry of Defence.

Richard Francis, Board Advisor and Non-executive CFO
Richard is an experienced C-Level executive with both public and private CFO and COO experience. He was CFO of both Day Software and Myriad Group which were both Swiss listed companies. At Day Software he was instrumental in the acquisition of Day by Adobe for $240m and at Myriad he was responsible for raising over $100m on the public market. Presently he is CFO of Netcentric, a Swiss service provider, where he was a key part of the successful acquisition of Netcentric by Cognizant for an undisclosed sum. He is an experienced angel investor and has invested in over 20 companies.

Chris Windsor, Director of Customer Development
A highly accomplished sales leader with a consistent record of increasing sales through managing and developing sales teams to their maximum potential. Chris has enjoyed many years of sales success in a number of different roles across the corporate and public sectors.

He is recognised for strong leadership skills, business acumen and a consultative approach to customer relations.
