Best use of AP Forensics Award
Each year, we invite you to nominate a person for our Best Use of AP Forensics® Award. We established this award in 2014 to recognise those individuals who are committed to fully exploiting the functionality and benefits of AP Forensics (APF) in their work to protect their organisation’s spend.
What defines a ‘best user’?
To be considered for this award, a person will have been instrumental in achieving full adoption of all components of their APF purchase – AP Transactions, Master Supplier File or Fraud Tester, in particular – and in integrating their use into daily workflows and internal processes.
Who can nominate?
Anyone! You may nominate yourself or a member of your team. You may even be nominated by a member of the FISCAL team.
What are the award criteria?
The nominees will be judged on the following criteria, with more weight and credit accruing, the more criteria are applicable:
- The number of APF modules that are in active use
- APF used preventatively versus retrospectively
- Amount of APF training undertaken, especially Essentials and Advance Training
- Extent of APF adoption and integration within the wider finance organisation.
- Number of years used
- Demonstrable results, in terms of, eg. payment error prevention, funds recovered, processes improved
Who will judge the award?
A team of 2-3 members of the Senior Management Team at FISCAL is responsible for judging the award and deciding upon a winner.
What is the deadline?
We will be accepting nominations for your Best APF User just as soon as EMPOWER 2018 is announced. Watch this space!
